Patients
When you send an enquiry or plan request, we store your name, email, country, the treatment you're interested in, your travel month and your message. We share these with the clinic or clinics you ask us to contact. We don't sell your details.
When you write a review, we publish your name, country, rating and review text after moderation.
Clinics
We store the account email, a hashed password and the clinic details you submit. Licence and certificate numbers are shown on your public profile so patients can check them.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep clinic and admin users logged in. We don't use advertising cookies.
